The "Four Paws Up Award" is given to a site which demonstrates creativity and originality in a well organized manner. Listed below are a few of the requirements for the award.

1)Sites with sexual, racial, sexist, violent, or abusive content will not be considered, or even looked at. 2) Not only a links page 3) Original work or give credit where credit is due! 4)No Constructions signs at all! All good web sites are always under construction! 5)Does not have to be pet related. 6)Not too many JPG'S or GIF'S to where it takes forever to load the page!
